Are You Trying to Convince Everyone You’re Certain? The Ajna Center 🤔
This center governs mental awareness and processing, and its not-self theme is the urge to convince yourself and others that you’re certain—even when you’re not.
My Undefined Ajna knows this ALL too well.
Let's see how this pressure to seem certain can create stress and limit your potential for true mental clarity, throwing you out of alignment and into your Not-Self Theme...
So that we're all on the same page about the basics of this center...
The Ajna is responsible for mental processing and awareness, but when it operates from the not-self, it seeks to create certainty where there may be none. This leads to a constant struggle to prove that you know, even when doubt is a natural part of the process.
Deconditioning this center means embracing uncertainty and being okay with saying, “I don’t know.” 💥

Shadows of the Ajna Center
Each of the six gates in the Ajna center carries a unique shadow that can limit your mental clarity. Understanding these shadows is key to deconditioning:
Gate 47 (Oppression): Feeling mentally stuck or trapped, unable to see a way out of challenging situations.
Gate 24 (Addiction): Mentally revisiting the same patterns without gaining new understanding, leading to circular thinking.
Gate 4 (Formulization): Becoming rigid in your thinking, relying too heavily on fixed ideas or formulas to find certainty.
Gate 17 (Opinions): Forming rigid opinions that you feel the need to defend, even when you lack full understanding.
Gate 11 (Obscurity): Struggling with mental confusion, unable to see the clear path forward amid a flood of ideas.
Gate 43 (Deafness): Being closed off to others’ ideas, convinced that your way of thinking is the only correct way.
Deconditioning these gates allows you to move out of their shadow expressions and step into their higher potential of mental clarity, insight, and inspiration.

And if you're still not clear on what deconditioning is, you can learn how I describe it by watching this video.
Embracing Uncertainty
Recently, I caught myself trying to convince someone that I had an answer when I wasn’t certain at all. In that moment, I realized I didn’t need to force an answer—I allowed myself to simply say, “I don’t know,” and it was a huge relief.
By embracing this uncertainty, I saved myself from unnecessary mental stress and stayed aligned with my deconditioning journey.
Deconditioning the Ajna center...
Is about releasing the need for mental certainty and learning to be okay with not having all the answers.
This opens up your mind to greater clarity and creativity. Start by asking yourself the questions above and see how embracing uncertainty can transform your mental landscape.
If you’re ready to dive deeper into your own deconditioning process, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to release the mental pressure and bring more clarity into your life. Reach out to book a session and begin your journey.
I want to share a message with you...
In business, the pressure to always have the answers can lead to mental strain. I’ve personally struggled with the need to appear certain, especially when managing projects or making decisions. Over time, I’ve learned that it’s okay to say, “I don’t know.” In fact, allowing uncertainty has opened up space for more creative solutions to emerge. Deconditioning the Ajna center involves letting go of the need to control outcomes and embracing a mindset of curiosity and openness.
Tip: In your next business decision or meeting, try embracing uncertainty by saying, “I’m not sure right now,” and see how it shifts the energy in the room.

What am I recommending right now?
Practice for checking in with your Ajna. Ask yourself:
Am I trying to convince myself or others that I’m certain?
Is this need for certainty serving me, or is it adding to my mental stress?
By letting go of the need for certainty, you open yourself up to more creative and inspired ways of thinking.
So find an easeful way to put yourself in your Environment each day.
REMEMBER: This. Is. A. Practice.
